Choose what works for your shop

Choose a package when you apply. Once ihdaa approves your shop, those terms are fixed for you unless you agree to a change.

ihdaa's commission is 5% on ordinary gifts and 10% on Community Gifts. You may choose to raise the Community Gift rate - the choice is yours.

Simple weekly payouts

ihdaa settles with shops weekly. When a gift is used at your shop, you receive its value minus ihdaa's commission. Balances are paid once they reach BHD 5.000.

One-time onboarding fee

If your package has an onboarding fee, you pay it by card when you apply and receive an invoice and receipt. If ihdaa does not approve your application, or you withdraw it before a decision, the fee is refunded in full.

Every shop is reviewed

We review every application and may ask for a change before approval. Once approved, you receive a welcome package by email and can set up your shop in the ihdaa app.
