Welcome to ihdaa. ihdaa is a digital platform that facilitates gifting and charitable donations, connecting donors, vendors, and charities to create meaningful giving experiences.
These Terms & Conditions (“T&C”) govern your access to and use of:
- ihdaa Website
- ihdaa Customer App
- ihdaa Vendor & Charity App
By using our platform, you agree to comply with these T&C. If you do not agree, please refrain from using ihdaa.

General Terms
- ihdaa provides a digital platform for facilitating gifts and donations; we do not directly manage or allocate donations.
- Users must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use the platform.
- ihdaa reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these T&C.
- All transactions made through ihdaa are final, except where refunds are permitted under Section 8.
- ihdaa operates in compliance with Bahrain’s Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and other applicable regulations.

User Roles & Responsibilities
- Customers (Donors & Gift Purchasers)
- Customers can use ihdaa to:
- Purchase gifts for family, friends, or colleagues.
- Donate products or services to charities.
- Select the charity to receive a donation.
- Customers can use ihdaa to:

- Customers are responsible for:
- Ensuring their donation or gift selection is accurate before payment.
- Providing valid payment details for transactions.
- Respecting the terms of vendors and charities receiving the donations.
- Customers are responsible for:

- Vendors (Shops & Service Providers)
- Vendors can use ihdaa to:
- Offer products or services for sale as gifts or donations.
- Manage order fulfillment and processing via the Vendor App.
- Track and process transactions securely.
- Vendors can use ihdaa to:
- Vendors (Shops & Service Providers)
- Vendors are responsible for:
- Ensuring all listed products/services are accurate and available.
- Fulfilling customer orders within the agreed time.
- Maintaining service quality and resolving disputes professionally.
- Vendors are responsible for:

- Charities (Registered Non-Profit Organizations)
- Charities can use ihdaa to:
- Receive donations from customers.
- Manage beneficiary allocations through the Charity App.
- Track donations in a transparent and ethical manner.
- Charities can use ihdaa to:
- Charities (Registered Non-Profit Organizations)
- Charities are responsible for:
- Verifying their legal registration in Bahrain or other operating regions.
- Ensuring donations are assigned to beneficiaries fairly.
- Maintaining accurate records of donations and distributions.
- Not engaging in fraudulent or misleading activities.
- Charities are responsible for:

ihdaa’s Role & Responsibilities
- ihdaa ensures secure transactions between customers, vendors, and charities.
- ihdaa provides real-time tracking of donations and purchases.
- ihdaa reserves the right to promote charities and vendors on its platform.
- ihdaa does not charge charities any commission or fees on donations.
- ihdaa reserves the right to remove users, vendors, or charities violating these T&C.

Donation & Gift Management
- Charities must allocate donations fairly and transparently.
- Vendors must fulfill purchases of both donations and gifts as agreed.
- Unallocated donations must be reported to ihdaa, allowing donors to reallocate or request a refund where applicable.
- Donations cannot be resold for profit.

Marketing & Use of User Information
- By using ihdaa, charities and vendors grant ihdaa permission to use their name, logo, and relevant information for promotional purposes.
- ihdaa does not sell personal data and adheres to strict confidentiality practices.

Refunds & Dispute Resolution
- Gifts & Donations are final, except in the following cases:
- The charity cannot receive the donation (e.g., regulatory issues).
- The vendor cannot fulfill the order.
- Fraudulent activity is detected.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction.
- Disputes between vendors, charities, and customers will be reviewed by ihdaa’s support team.Â
- Gifts & Donations are final, except in the following cases:

Confidentiality & Data Protection
- All user data is handled with strict confidentiality and in compliance with Bahrain’s PDPL.
- ihdaa will not disclose personal information without user consent, except when required by law.

Termination & Suspension
- Users may terminate their account at any time.
- ihdaa may suspend or remove any account involved in:
- Fraudulent activities
- Legal violations
- Repeated policy breaches

Compliance & Legal Obligations
- All users must comply with Bahrain’s laws and the regulations governing donations and e-commerce.
- Vendors and charities must ensure legal compliance within their operations.

Force Majeure
ihdaa is not liable for failure to perform obligations due to force majeure events, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- Government actions or regulatory changes
- Cyberattacks or system failures

Changes to These Terms
ihdaa may update these T&C from time to time. Users will be notified of significant changes via:
- Website announcements
- Email notifications
- In-app updates
Your continued use of ihdaa after updates take effect means you accept the revised terms.
